The Feeder Bank Change Cart is a movable platform that holds 18-slot removable feeder banks. The height can be adjusted 88.9 mm (3.5 inches) to accommodate board transfer heights from 899.2 mm to 962.2 mm ±12.7 mm (35.4 in. to 37.88 in. ± 0.5 in.). Typically, a specific selection of feeders are loaded in the removable feeder bank with the Feeder Bank Change Cart away from the machine. The cart is then rolled into place to provide a quickchange of an entire bank of feeders. The Feeder Bank Change Cart must be removed from the machine during normal machine operation.
